This was my first time taking my car to Scottsdale European. First, I was very impressed when I called Zach and made an appointment over the phone. He thoroughly answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I quickly schedule my appointment for the next morning at 7:30. Had my Mercedes in for an alignment and steering rack bushings! Carl at the front desk is a wonderful first impression as a knowledge and understanding car guy! Transportation to local restaurant was gratis (although tip was appreciated)! Work was completed as expected - although pricey not nearly the local dealership pricing! Overall very pleased and work resolved the issues it was expected to resolve! FIVE STARS!
Took my 2007 S Class for a simple A Service on Jan 10th,, two weeks later the lug bolts on one of my wheels snapped while my wife was driving with our daughter to daycare. The hub assembly collapsed and left them stranded on the side of the road, in such a dangerous place that the police had to pull up behind to make sure traffic overtook safely and call a city tow truck.
