These guys are absolute pros! I’ve taken all my Mercedes vehicles to them over the years and I’m never disappointed. I wish I had found them sooner. I’ll never take anything to the dealer ever again. Unless you like dropping your car off for several days and paying 3x more, I suggest you do the same!
I had a great experience today. My mechanic did an excellent job, very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. The work was done perfectly and on time, and Carol explained everything clearly without trying to overcharge. I really appreciate the quality of work and customer service. Highly recommended! Great service! I had the car at Mercedes N Scottsdale, they said there was a coolant leak. I have never noticed any leaking and the conversation felt off, it didn’t feel true. I pulled the car and brought it to Carl. They inspected the car and no leak, saving me $3800. I will only use Scottsdale European for any future Mercedes needs. Honest, great communication and affordable. Thank you for treating me like family!
