I brought my 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA in for Service B after missing my scheduled appointment. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the team was able to fit me in as a walk-in and took great care of me. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth from start to finish. They completed the service efficiently, kept me informed throughout the process, and had me back on the road quickly. It’s hard to find a shop that provides this level of customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Scot... read more

I took my GLC 300 in because the engine cover had come loose. I was fortunate to have found them through Google and had read all of the amazing reviews. I called them on Monday and they squeezed me in the same week and were so kind and welcoming. I am so grateful that Zach was able to get me in and out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend Scottsdale European Service as their customer service was incredible and the ac... read more

He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer everything thoroughly, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. The work was completed professionally, on time, and exactly as discussed. It’s not always easy to fin... read more

Wow! If you want to get screamed at over the phone, call this place! Carl was genuinely the rudest person I’ve had the displeasure of speaking to. He is a TERRIBLE representative for a company and feels comfortable yelling at people who don’t understand how car repairs work (even as a first time customer!). He got extremely upset when I called with information regarding a quote and providing him with what Mercedes was charging me. Not only that but he hung up on me. He was so mean I was shaking after the call. I had an appoi... read more
