These guys are absolute pros! I’ve taken all my Mercedes vehicles to them over the years and I’m never disappointed. I wish I had found them sooner. I’ll never take anything to the dealer ever again. Unless you like dropping your car off for several days and paying 3x more, I suggest you do the same!
Amazing work, service & value. Have used them for multiple cars & always happy. Much better value than the dealer & low pressure regarding upsells. Recommend them to all our friends who drive a Mercedes. Have compared prices to the dealer and an easy 20-25% less with no compromise on quality or service.
This was my first time taking my car to Scottsdale European. First, I was very impressed when I called Zach and made an appointment over the phone. He thoroughly answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I quickly schedule my appointment for the next morning at 7:30. What sets them apart is their honesty—a rare quality in the car service industry. I took my car in for service B which was showing on the dash. I had contacted Mercedes-Benz who quoted me close to $1000. A friend of mine who has owned several Mercedes and is a business person in the area recommended Scottsdale European service.
