Took my 2007 S Class for a simple A Service on Jan 10th,, two weeks later the lug bolts on one of my wheels snapped while my wife was driving with our daughter to daycare. The hub assembly collapsed and left them stranded on the side of the road, in such a dangerous place that the police had to pull up behind to make sure traffic overtook safely and call a city tow truck. Had my Mercedes in for an alignment and steering rack bushings! Carl at the front desk is a wonderful first impression as a knowledge and understanding car guy! Transportation to local restaurant was gratis (although tip was appreciated)! Work was completed as expected - although pricey not nearly the local dealership pricing! Overall very pleased and work resolved the issues it was expected to resolve! FIVE STARS!
What a great place. It is clean, well run and efficient. Zach and his team are awesome. Carl took great care of us. They are very organized, took the car right on schedule, did a thorough diagnostic, washed the car and returned it in perfect working order. Scottsdale European was a pleasure to deal with! We will be back!
Scottsdale European is an awesome Mercedes Service Center. Very professional and accommodating technicians. This was my first service at this business and I was extremely impressed. The working areas and service bays were spotless. Zach and Carl were generous with their time while entertaining my elementary questions. This will be the only service center my vehicles will frequent.
