I had such a great experience with Kelly Hogan. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never felt rushed during my appointment. Highly recommended this office!
Violated Hippa sending me the someone’s lab results in a non encrypted email and then proceeded to ask me my date of birth. Tsk tsk do better with your patient’s PHI .
This office was dismissive and unprofessional. We were spoken to condescendingly, given no real guidance, and the staff were rude when we followed up. Patients deserve respect and care, which we did not receive here. My Son deserves better, And now has to go to another office to get real answers. If they follow up with my son, I would Be able to reconsider this review, but they Didn’t have much to say when asked to resolve this issue.
DESPICABLE. STAY AWAY. The nurse practitioner, Emily, and the doctor, Grace, are not looking to fix your problem. They're looking to make money and will make you leave with no answers, waste your office visit by forcing you to come back for ANOTHER appointment for no reason, and charge you their hefty office fee. They said the problem was "mental" and to "get therapy" when blood tests clearly showed abnormalities. What??? Scottsdale Endocrinology, Emily Geiser, PA, is the above-and-beyond place to go! They got me thru a serious endocrine issue that was causing major heart problems, all resolved now. I owe a big step up in health to Ms. Geiser and Dr. Syoufi. You will be heard and cared for quite thoroughly here.
