I went to this office 2 years ago and had a fine experience. I had pain in my ear so they advised that I did a hearing test that time. My hearing was perfect and it ended up being ear wax build up. They cleared and it and I was on my way. Two years later the same issue arose. I called and told them I didn’t want to do a hearing test this time that I knew it was wax. Great customer service. Easy to schedule and the doctor explains everything well. Highly recommend.
Front desk personnel polite. Appointment was on time. The hearing tech was nice. Exam was thorough but not fun! A bit painful for the nasal exam. Received helpful information regarding GERD vs LPR. I want to thank Dr. Heiland for recommending the book Dropping Acid. I read it and hoping as I follow the recommendations, I will be rid of these annoying daily symptoms.
