From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and made me feel extremely confident in his knowledge and expertise. Dr Heiland is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable doctors we have known. In addition he is very easy to talk to. He is also extremely efficient and professional when discussing your particular health situation (minor or major). His staff share the same attributes. If one is in need of a ENT Doctor I highly recommend Dr Heiland and his very efficient Office and Professional Staff.
Made appointment with 3 month waiting time. On cancel appointment list. A long time for appointment. Dr Heilmand is a great doctor. Doesn’t hold anything back when talking to him. Strongly recommend
I lost hearing and balance signals of my right ear in the space of about 2 minutes. Scottsdale ENT Dr. Heiland keeps some time open for emergencies and my experience with him was stellar-compassionate, caring, and kind. Although I did not regain my hearing, after weeks of work with Dr. Anthony Veglia, I learned to have balance again.
