Dr Lewkowitz, is the worst MD I have ever been to. He does not care about my treatment, does not care about new treatments, alternative treatments, advice, or care. He will never follow up and now my medication is continually denied. I have spent hours on the phone with my insurance, the dr's office, and pharmacy to just get well. I get bills in the mail and they have no care or idea on the expense that a patient is billed. He simply stated that if you're not happy go somewhere else. My Primary care Physician gave me a referral to see Dr. Lewkowitz. I called his office and the earliest he could see me was more than a month and a half away, I made the appointment because I needed help. I was asked what insurance I had and was told my insurance was accepted there. Because of pain, I called twice asking if my appointment could be moved up and was told no.
