John was awesome and paid attention to detail for a complex renovation at our office complex. Made an appointment to get estimate on a commercial build out. Met with guy to go over what we need on a Thursday. He left and said estimate would be done by early Friday. Blew me off and never heard from them again. all I hear about on the news is how people are scared about not having work. Looks like they don't need to work!!!
