If you have a concern take your kid to urgent care. Anything is faster than this place. Waited over 2 hours and I don't even understand why barely anyone was here at the time.

My 1 month old baby was seen by Dr. Norris for a severe diaper rash that wouldn’t go away. I was told to just keep putting desitin. Next day I take my son to urgent care- he had a yeast infection (rash) and thrush due to his formula. He was immediately prescribed two medications for his infection that Dr. Norris thought was just a diaper rash. My time at Scottsdale Children’s Group was wasted and my baby wasn’t cared for in the way he deserved.
We have been going to this office and seeing Dr. Norris for just over a year and its been great. My son really likes the Doctor and the office staff is always nice and friendly. We've never had an issue with anything. I do recommend this location and this doctor.
Dr. Garrett is our pediatrician. She and her nurse Vanessa have been amazing since first day of out visit. Although Vanessa is no longer there, Dr. Garrett has been a great comfort to us. She’s been excellent throughout the COVID pandemic and assuring our abilities as first time parents. Our son is 2 years old now but we’ve asked around our friends and acquaintances that have small children while I was pregnant . 3 of the 5 included Dr. Garrett as reference so I was grateful to have her as pediatrician.
