Vitality "WAS" an amazing medical practice. Not any more. Janis Rustad, functional medicine doctor, was the best. She is extremely knowledgeable. I have been her loyal patient for over 20 years. It is a shame that since Burt Web's passing, Vitality has not replaced her. She left the practice and Bartell's has not hired a functional medicine practishiner to take her place. I first walked into Dr. Bartels’ office about 15 years ago, not knowing I’d be finding the doctor I’d trust for life. I agree that since Dr Webbs passing that this place is not what it used to be. I was a patient of his for 20 years. His attentiveness and actually caring about his patients will be greatly missed. I have now been pushed off to Dr. Bartels NP who refuses to refill prescriptions that he personally put me on. I’ll keep going there because I don’t feel like finding a new HRT Dr. but the service has definitely gone down hill since Webb’s passing. Change in the office system & billing just ended a 7 year customer relationship. Very sad as I greatly appreciate & admire Dr. Bartel, unfortunately dealing with their high turnover in systems and back office is no longer worth it. Today’s appointment was delayed almost an hour due to another office error due to poor systems & Managment.
