We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Sanders, she’s amazing, and our cats absolutely love her. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and that she cares about her patients. The only downside has been Megan at the front desk. She’s extremely rude, doesn’t greet us when we arrive, and her attitude is very unwelcoming. It’s disappointing because the medical care is excellent, but the front desk experience really brings it down.
We can't say enough good things about the staff at Scottsdale Cat Clinic. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the people who work here truly care about the animals and the people who love them. We have two cats, Linus and Lucy, and every time we visit, we are met with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and a level of care that goes above and beyond. We were very impressed with the care our two kittens received. They mean the world to us and are very scared with new environments and people. Dr Sanders and team were all amazing with them. They explained everything very clearly and only offered the care that was necessary. The post-visit checking in on them the following day was really nice as well as timely test results. I can’t imagine a better place to care for them.
