Wonderful care of cats- tailored to them in every way. However, customer service is subpar. Overheard our doctor insinuate I was crazy/unintelligent for delivering medicine the way I had to my cat. Context- he was to last minute be seen within an hour and a half of delivery of meds. I unfortunately did not grab his better tasting medicine in time and had to rely on a form he doesn’t like.
