Very professional and helpful, helped with my insurance, replaced my daughter's whole window within two days time period. Recalibrated cameras to make head up and navigation work in the window. Then called my daughter to make sure everything was okay and working properly. Picked this place because they had all five star reviews and couldn't be happier with their service.
I had never heard of this company but read the reviews and decided to try them. It's been a couple of months and everything is great, the windshield was put in by a couple of nice installers who did a really nice job and it looks perfect. They saved me several hundred dollars over using Safelite or the dealer, and everything looks/works the same. I don't believe I have seen a site that has a solid 5 star score on a statistically signifiant base. Incredible but deserved. We have had a couple of windshields replaced these guys are precisely efficient, leaving us with a fully calibrated windshield. But the fifth star comes from their extraordinary service. We had a problem with our rear view mirror, so I called Mr Mactus from the road and his response: "We'll be there first thing in the morning. And they were.
No one wants to have a windshield replaced, especially without insurance. But, from the first contact with Seth the owner everything went perfectly with virtually no effort on my part. Less than 24 hours after my call to Seth - which included a quick discussion about the correct windshield replacement for my car - it was installed by Mike at my house. Really transparent discussion about the pricing and then a quick installation at my house. Could not have been better. Thanks guys!
