I gave them a two stars because the receptionist was nice, and the office was clean. Wasn’t impressed at all with the young lady that saw me. She made me feel more like a number than a patient. Basically telling me I’m too old for my insurance to pay for a Pap smear even though I’m having issues and haven’t had one in over 2 1/2 years. I have really good insurance, and I’ve never known them to refuse to pay for anything. I’m in my early 60s and having issues that would merit having one done. I’m going to go elsewhere.
