Well haven't tried to call them ,so don't know about that but every doc I have seen there has been very friendly and the lady's behind the counter has also been very friendly as far as I can see they are all good dr and will continue to see them . Just little insite if u are at the office why would u have to call to make a appointment they make them before u leave there lol
This is by far the most unprofessional office I've ever been to! Like the other reviews, the extended wait times are unacceptable! I was told that if I didn't want to wait for an hour and a half , after your appointment time, that I should always make my appointments for right after their lunch. This office doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return messages left and doesn't value the patients time. 5 huge stars on the new OB, Dr Stroud. He is the first gynecologist that has listened to me ever. I left feeling so relieved. In the past my experience with gynecologist have been nightmarish at times. Thank you Scottsboro OBGYN for adding him to your staff. He is the best. Whatever he is getting paid, its not enough.
had me waiting in a room for an hour and then came into the room and told me that no one would be seeing me today. i was in because i needed to discuss surgery due to severe pain and large ovarian cysts, apparently the doctor i was scheduled to see “only does baby deliveries now” and they didn’t know why i was scheduled with her. they would not let me see any other doctors and told me to leave. i asked the front desk why i was scheduled with her if she didn’t accept appointments anymore and her response was “that’s not my pr... read more
