Place is horrible they don’t ever answer the phone dr.P doesn’t know what he is talking about ever… Dr.S is a great doctor he is the only doctor that really cares about me having gestational diabetes.. I don’t like how each time u go u see the opposite doctor.. i also don’t like that if im scheduled to see Dr.S I should see him went in last week for the GBS swab and was scheduled for Dr.S and he wasn’t even there.. this office is absolutely horrible… do better start answering the phone.. not even the Obgyn’s nurses answer th... read more
Staff are okay but when I called them about a week ago because I was experiencing some bleeding while 21 weeks pregnant no one answered the phone, I thought it was just their lunch time so I called at about 3pm and still no one answered, I called twice today to ask if I could drink water before my glucose test because I am thirsty and wanted to know and again no answers
The doctors are nice, but the staff are incredibly rude. Actively heard them making fun of a patient when not only in earshot of them, but myself and other patients. I cannot recommend this to anyone who wants to be taken seriously. As I stated those who I know use this office trust the doctors, but after this last event no longer feel safe in being taken seriously by the other staff. Well haven't tried to call them ,so don't know about that but every doc I have seen there has been very friendly and the lady's behind the counter has also been very friendly as far as I can see they are all good dr and will continue to see them . Just little insite if u are at the office why would u have to call to make a appointment they make them before u leave there lol
This is by far the most unprofessional office I've ever been to! Like the other reviews, the extended wait times are unacceptable! I was told that if I didn't want to wait for an hour and a half , after your appointment time, that I should always make my appointments for right after their lunch. This office doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return messages left and doesn't value the patients time.
