Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!!!
Bad area, neighborhood is "sketchy". I called ahead, while enroute, that I would be 10 minutes late (I live an hour away), then as soon as I arrived I noticed there were no other patient in the parking lot, or clinic. I saved the location to my vehicles onboard GPS, and went in, and checked in. One of the other receptionists got out of her station, came over to my receptionist and started to berate me, repeating the "policy" about being late.
