If no stars were an option, I would choose that. Where do I start with this horribly dishonest company? I understand mistakes happen, but clearly Scotts Valley Transmission and Auto care never learned the phrase, “Honesty is the best policy”. It is obvious to me now, that their policy is to deny blame, distract and mislead the customer… all the while taking your heard earned money.
