I got engaged this weekend and we are not from this area. He helped with sizing and gave us the up most greatest service. Very polite and welcoming gentleman. Would highly recommend for any jewelery needs.

Brought in a watch to have the band sized smaller. Was told it would cost $40 (more than the Timex watch cost!) and that it would be finished in one week. Called one week later and was told it would be ready to pick up early the next morning or early in the morning when they opened three days later “at the latest”. Called again 3 days later and was told it would be in later the same day. It was not. I’m going to purchase another watch elsewhere. They can keep the Timex in lieu of my paying for the sizing!

Thomas was wonderful and kind. I found their selection and knowledge about their items to be super helpful. They were so kind and even offered to clean my wedding ring! I didn’t even ask! Will be a life long customer!!! Thank you Thomas and Kristen.
