They are selling horrible quality pieces and they DO NOT stand by their "word". I would recommend never BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! They don't deserve your business, and they don't deserve 1 star.
Brought in a little gold ring I never wear for an appraisal...seemed fair and then owner said, "And we give double the value on any purchase" so of course I started shopping. Found an adorable silver cat pendant that was only a little more and he offered to trade straight across! Super friendly owner and staff, and they are fixing my broken necklace clasp AND they replace watch batteries, so we will be back!!
I had a great experience working with Thomas at Scotts Valley Jewelers to get a really nice engagement ring. Everyone on staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful, and their prices were very fair. I will be happy to continue doing business with them in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great local jeweler.

Brought in 2 channel set diamond rings to be resized. The staff were very helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. When I returned to pick up my rings I couldn’t have been more happy! They resized them, cleaned and polished them and they looked like brand new jewelry! Very happy with the service and results!!
