Use this business for mower parts. A couple of times staff was curt on the phone but ok when going inside store.

I rented a zero turn mower and trailer from the phone call to taking it back the whole experience was perfect Stephanie and Brian in fixed operation was great and very helpful I do thank you for a great job from front to back thanks again

Service department is horrible. THEY CHARGE DOUBLE what the other Coleman locations do. They had my tractor for over 3 months. No communication, after 2 months called for an update on when they would start working on it. Once they did, we had to call them every week to get updates. So we are at $3500 of them just throwing parts and tests at it hoping something would stick. They then say it needs new injectors and wanted another $8000 to replace them. They replaced these a year or so ago and say there is only a 30 day warrant... read more

I recently had my scag mower repaired there. No appointment due to mower breaking down without scheduling it with me. Connor M in service made sure to get my mower in to one of their technicians who then diagnosed the main issue plus several other issues I already knew about but hadn't taken care of. The estimate was fair and accurate. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My mower runs and cuts like new.

Never again will I even consider using this place again. Ordered a deck belt for my mower. They said it would be in in a couple of days. 10 days later when I called up and ask where it was. They told me it was back ordered. Huh!?.. And they couldn’t have told me that 10 days ago?.. And then cop an attitude with me cause I canceled the order and demanded a refund?? Zero stars is more like what they deserve..
