Needed an end cap for my swamp cooler and spoke with William about what I needed. He is very knowledgeable and was a huge help, as I had no idea what it was called or what I needed. The turnaround was very quick. Even after I gave the wrong dimensions the first time, he was very helpful in fixing the problem. And again, very quick turnaround. William is an asset to this company and does great work. They have definitely secured a lifetime customer.
Done right. Period. Needed a custom-sized damper on emergency. Not only was it done and ready in 24hrs; but when I brought it home and installed it, it fit right! THE FIRST TIME. Thank you! I appreciate good customer service and quality.
