Scott's roofing company reinstalled the flat roof of our commercial property in June 2023. Initially, the work seemed satisfactory, and Scott assured us that there would be no leaks. He promised free repairs if any leaks were discovered. However, last month, our tenant noticed several areas where water was leaking. I've tried to contact Scott multiple times, but he hasn't replied to my text messages or voicemails. Furthermore, his phone is either out of service or goes unanswered. This company is extremely unreliable.

I called Scott last fall for some advice, he told me my roof would make it through the winter without a problem, but it didn't have a lot of life left in it. I gave him another call a couple weeks ago, and he gave me a quote which was very reasonable, and he and his team replaced my roof right away. Very professional, priced right and good quality work. Happy to recommend him to others!
