We have used Scott’s roofing for a number of full roofing projects in the past. However, we were extremely disappointed in a fairly routine request for a roof repair that originated in 2024. The roofer failed to show up for the scheduled appointment and had a number of failed attempts to schedule this job in 2025 before it was finally completed. I was extremely disappointed in the level of service for a longtime customer and would not recommend them in the future.
Scott’s Roofing recently replaced our aging 22 year-old roof and we were extremely happy with haven chosen them for our project. Their front office staff - Lori and Sofia - were tremendous in their communication and always friendly, courteous and helpful. The crew who completed our job were hard-working, efficient and respectful and they always cleaned our site at day’s end.
