This is a good place to get a trailer. They are honest & straight forward. I would buy from them again. Just went there recently 10/18/25 & they were helpful in finding the parts I needed for my trailer.
I have had two transactions with SR 1. The first was purchasing a Polaris Side by Side from the Houlton location, and the second was purchasing a trailer from Hermon. The customer service was excellent. Kyle Townsend completed both transactions in Hermon, which was a tremendous help.
We had a first class experience in the Hermon branch! Derek and Erica were absolutely fantastic. If you want to see what top of the line customer service looks like, I strongly recommend these folks! Amazing horse trailer too!!
