When we first were looking for portable toilet services I came across Scott's and I was only given the prorated amount for that month and the monthly fee was not disclosed. The amount given was not disclosed to that was a prorated amount. I have had to call 3 times to inquire when the toilet would be emptied and cleaned. I was told they would come at least every 2 weeks. We are Dan and out of the property but I do feel like it has exceeded the 2-week mark which prompted me to inquire when it would be cleaned. Great customer service! Highly recommended by two other people, so we gave them a shot. Office staff was nothing less than perfect. Service man even came back to fix my mistake! Will definitely use them again when we need our camper pumped! Thank you guys!
