I would NOT recommend. Doesn’t return calls, is slow to schedule and then outsourced work to other pool companies. Would not recommend anyone use this firm.
Business response:
I told him this year with the pandemic it would take longer to install and get his liner. By June the lee time on getting a liner was 90 day, above ground pools were 90 days to next year. I also told him that I would not personally do the job. It took a month maybe a little longer to get the the his pool which was a special order. Once I got the liner in hand we did it within 10 days. He seemed knowledgeable and he gave us a quote to put our pool up and then ignored our calls to set up a time for set up. When he did answer, he would tell us he would call back and never did. Would not recommend him.

I never received a phone call from them or I would have tried to come to terms. But now I can't.
