I had a incident which completely damaged my rear bumper. I shopped around for the best price, and Scott, after a quick phone call and two pictures of the damage, quoted me 1/3 of the cheapest price I had got so far. Obviously, I was a bit suspicious at the cheap price. After bringing the car to the garage and having the price confirmed, I was surprised to go back 2 days later to find my car as new, with no evidence whatsoever of the nasty damage that was there previously.
