Had my MOT & service done at Scott’s. When I drove my car away I realised that I could not reverse and that there seemed to be something stopping the back wheels from turning. I was stuck in a very small street. I eventually managed to get my car the right way again to drive it straight back to Scott’s. They took the keys back off me and said they’d look at it first thing in the morning. Absolutely fantastic. Website up to date. Arrived knowing what we wanted to see, was greeted but then left to wander. Absolutely no pressure or sales pitch. Able to test drive immediately and we decided to buy. Completed paperwork smoothly and we left with a new car! Very very happy. 100% recommend. I bought a car from this garage in April and I can't praise them highly enough. The initial sales service is second to none and I loved the car . After a while I noticed a problem with the car . I phoned them not holding out much hope as everyone said warranties are rubbish . Well they took my car and after originally finding nothing wrong with it persevered until the problem was sorted .
