We brought our lawnmower to scotts for a tune-up and to fix the self propel on it. He was very professional, went over everything with us and was completed in a very timely manner. The cost was very reasonable as well! 1000% recommend his work and will definitely be getting him to do repairs on our other machinery. Thank you Scott!!!!Â
I have tried to contact This company for 3 days. Called 4 times , sent emails and nobody answer . Made a job with them only a month ago and the lawnmower broke again. Supposed to be in warranty but it is impossible to contact the company. Really bad customer service.Â
Scott sent someone out to repair. I paid him promptly but when to sue the pressure washer a week later it didn’t work. It was painful trying to get him to respond to my text messages asking about the “warranty”. He kept assuring me that he was sending someone out, but it never happened. He wouldn’t (or couldn’t) even tell me what his guy did to the pressure washer when he came out to perform the service. Extremely unprofessional and o have filed a claim with the credit card that I used to pay for the service.Â
After coming twice to fix my lawn mower, it still isn't in working order and now I'm getting ghosted. I wouldn't recommend this company. They have no integrity, and I guess are fine taking people's money without standing by their claims. I asked for a refund, but of course have not heard anything back. Thanks for taking a single mom's very limited cash, without providing the service you promised!Â
