TruGreen app. is amazing along with customer service. Very professional and answer all my concerns without difficulty. Few days after application to my lawn, you can tell and see the difference already. Looking forward to a fantastic lawn this season.
The front lawn is great. They've done a great job. However, the back yard wasn't treated for two, possibly three applications. The notes left on the door never mentioned anything out of the ordinary. They always said the yard, trees, or pest control was applied with no mention of the back yard being passed for any reason (i.e. pet, access, or whatever). This company will not show up when they are supposed to, they will not text you back, when you ask them to, they will not call you back, when you ask them to. This is no way to run a business!
