I took my log splitter to Scott's Lawn and Garden because that was the closest place that does warranty work. My splitter was there for more than 4 weeks. At the two week mark on a Friday I called and asked for a status. I was told it would be ready early the following week. Did an instacart groceries order for them, they reported all the items damaged. Boxed mac and cheese, ketchup and mustard, a bag of shredded cheese, Capri sun juice pouches. Smh!! Ruined my ratings to get free food.
