Reckless. Scott's avoids fault for property damages caused by negligence and had even suggested that private property had protected his business from accountability. As weeks went by, Scott's displayed an unwillingness to provide insurance info. All the while, the culpable crew laughed as the damages caused “didn't look that bad”. Not the first incident in less than a months time. Personally, I'm not sure they would've informed anyone of the event had a witness not flagged them down, but that is just speculation.
