I bought a necklace from this shop. In 7 months, the pendant had a crack. Shortly after, the whole pendant then broke apart. I went to the shop twice to show the woman in the shop the damage and ask for a refund. She refused and said that I had admitted to damaging it when I visited the shop the first time; at no point did I say this. I found the customer service terrible and will not be buying from here again. I will be taking the matter further.
