First I would like to thank the Scott's Garage staff in Labanon,IN for great customer service and the courtesy that they show to there customers. Now what a great job that was done by replacing my heater core, HVAC BOX, (HEAT IS SO HOT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE FREEEZING COLD WEATHER). Also my Bank 2 Upstream O2 sensor was replaced, and my eng front crankshaft oil seal was replaced. I had a radiator fan die/needing replaced a week before Christmas. Wendy was so understanding, friendly, and quick to get me scheduled! My appt was made for the next day, Thursday mid afternoon, for diagnostics/estimate and Scott already had my vehicle back to me fixed/ready to go by Friday. I also loved their digital estimates, photos of what was wrong, etc. Made understanding the issue a lot simpler. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.
I won’t take my car to any other Garage. Scotty’s is so accommodating-from booking an appointment which fits my schedule to explaining any questions I might have. Family staff is lovely. Five stars for sure!

Amazing, knowledgeable service! Scott’s Garage expertly fixed my electric Mustang Mach-E after the Ford service center failed to diagnose the issue—despite going back and forth with them. The car now runs perfectly smooth. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Thank you!
