First I would like to thank the Scott's Garage staff in Labanon,IN for great customer service and the courtesy that they show to there customers. Now what a great job that was done by replacing my heater core, HVAC BOX, (HEAT IS SO HOT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE FREEEZING COLD WEATHER). Also my Bank 2 Upstream O2 sensor was replaced, and my eng front crankshaft oil seal was replaced. From out of town. Word on the jobsite was how local mechanics were price gouging us when we needed service. Found scotts garage and their prices were reasonable and fair. Theu did great work amd even checked in a few days later. Will be using their service again if needed but hopefully not haha. Great people as well. Thank you!

I had a radiator fan die/needing replaced a week before Christmas. Wendy was so understanding, friendly, and quick to get me scheduled! My appt was made for the next day, Thursday mid afternoon, for diagnostics/estimate and Scott already had my vehicle back to me fixed/ready to go by Friday. I also loved their digital estimates, photos of what was wrong, etc. Made understanding the issue a lot simpler. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.
My first time at Scott's, great experience. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I only had my car checked out prior to a trip but will definitely go back for auto needs. Todd reassured that all was fine.
