Isabel form Scotts Florist was great to work with. She was responsive and timely via email. I do not live in Lake Placid where my wedding was taking place but that was no issue when working with Scotts Florist. The delivery on the day of the event was on time and the flower arrangements (arch piece, bouquets, and centerpieces) were exactly what I wanted. Thank you Isabel for bringing my vision to life!

They do beautiful arrangements & custom design exactly what you need for any occasion. Very willing to adjust to your specifications. Top notch florist that even offers special design classes to more closely interact with the community.

I feel pretty ripped off by my experience at Scotts Florist. I ordered one bridal bouquet for my special day. I was sooo disappointed and quite frankly I'm still in disbelief of the bouquet I sent them as a reference vs. the bouquet that they originally made for me. Just look at the pictures for yourself! For all that money, it is not worth doing business here at all. I'm saddened that I trusted them with my bouquet because I absolutely hated it and it tainted my special day.
