Scotts flooring folks were great, had them do my kitchen a few years ago and their contractor did amazing. Had them come back to do the living room, it was a new contractor that wouldn’t listen to my requests. I wasn’t satisfied when they were done. Scott’s flooring did send them back, but they were disgruntled, wouldn’t listen, and made it worse. No follow up from Scott’s flooring either.
Just the nicest folks to do business with--like the old-time customer service we grew up with. They are professionals to their core, and nothing less than a perfect installation. Scott's could give lessons on how to treat people. Thank you for being there, and we're looking forward to future purchases.
