Scott's did an excellent job of tearing out our old deck and installing the new one. Once the old deck was removed we discovered a settling crack in the foundation wall along with some other issues. Scott's fixed things up prior to the new install. They sweat the details, but quickly built our new deck, as well as installed much needed skirting around the deck and sunroom. Used them a few years ago. Got the job done. However, I wasn’t pleased. Moved over drain spout smashing them. Just switched to mowing myself. it was easier. I would t have said anything but they have emailed me for years asking for a review. So I finally decided to give one.
Nathan and office staff are wonderful. Prompt responses,very good explanations, good listeners. But, laborers apparently were new, they took short cuts with the lawn leveling and drain, chipped the brand new siding putting in the steps to garage, and accidentally borrowed our iron rake. ( the one they brought back was not the right one, I bought another)
I highly recommend Scott's!! They recently installed a deck landing and stairs at our house. They matched the existing deck perfectly and were on schedule, on budget, and their work was A+.
