In my opinion, the owner or whom I think is the owner should retire and let someone who knows something about customer service, run the business. I am talking about the man who seems to be in his 60's if not 70's who is always behind the counter with a slight hunch. I have been visiting this place for over a year, never seen him smile or even fake a smile to any customer. I could care less about smiles but it seemed odd for someone in the food service industry.
