We hired Scott to convert part of our garage to an ADU which included a bathroom, kitchen, separate entrance, and expansion into our backyard. Scott is one of the best general contractors we've worked with. We first met in Feb 2024 and made multiple changes to the plan which meant we didn't break ground until October 2024. Scott gave us a great price for all the work we needed done. The job was completed on time and the work was done above our expectations.
We had a leak from a toilet on our second floor. It ended up leaking into our kitchen ceiling. Part of the kitchen ceiling was taken out and the whole bathroom ended up needing to be redone because the water got under the vanity and bathtub. We hired Scott to help us put our bathroom back together and fix our kitchen ceiling. We also decided to put in can lights in our downstairs floor. Scott was great to work with.
