I worked with Scott and his crew to facilitate a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle. They were very professional, honest and un-biased in the inspection process. I retired from the automotive industry, so I feel I can tell a good shop from not so good. These guys are the real deal. Also, very reasonable priced.
I have taken my vehicle in to Scott's twice. Both times they were very polite, answered all my questions, and explained both the work to be done and the charges. Their prices were within the range I found on the internet when searching the cost of repairs.
We just opened an office in Phoenix, AZ and we have one fleet vehicle so far. I was trying to find a place near our office to get our vehicle(s) serviced because taking it to the dealership takes forever and we don't have 4 hours to sit & wait for an oil change. Scott's was able to schedule us an appointment and have us out within 1-1/2 hours, which included oil change, checking all filters / fluids and tire rotation. I am SO HAPPY I found them and look forward to working with them on future vehicles!
I went to get a pre purchase inspection done. Travis explained the issues and even took some pictures so I could see as he did. I appreciate his honesty, it saved me from getting a car needing more repairs than it itself costs. I'd definitely give them a try.
