Second year we’ve had Scott’s out to service and inspect our wood stove. Always a pleasant experience.
I don’t trust this guy at all. He sent me a bill for work I did not authorize. He said I didn’t pay something that I’m not even sure what it was for. I paid it anyway. Very confusing. If you look at the reviews, offers feel the same way. Also he sends these bills that are sketchy and hand written like some 4th grader sent them. Do not use.

Don't use this service they don't finish the job I would say it is a scam He came to my house with no latter or person to help I had my chimney cleaned before and it too 2 people and they started on the roof and cleaned inside he came with nothing and didn't put on cap back on because he cleaned in our house and said he would come back with his girlfriend to put on the cap well I left 2 messages and he never came back to finish the job so I put a stop on the check then he calls trying to sell me a cap for 189.00 dollies bewa... read more
I mailed them payment and left them a voicemail saying I had sent the payment and to be in the lookout for it, never got any response from them and then months later they sent me to collections for an “unpaid balance”. Super unprofessional, PLUS they blocked my phone number so I’m not able to call them at all and talk about the alleged balance I owe. 0/10 would not recommend. Very upset with how unprofessional this experience was.
