Tanya refused to answer the phone. Then when she did. She was extremely rude. This is a help program for low income people who need help. Don't be rude.

STAY AWAY FROM, Most crooked, discriminating and harassing place to deal with. They are NOT GOOD PEOPLE. Unfair, unequal housing, a public health menace that needs to be closed down. Theft, lies, and utter disgraceful organization. Males are heavily discriminated in housing, aggressively threatened same with disabled individuals as they hold your disability against you. Updated Review coming 7-31-2023. It appears they are trying to work to solve and fix some internal issues they have had, that i have reviewed them for lately, We will see. There is a high amount of tenant harassment that does go on. They recently got a new maintenance worker on my property and he has been great so far. 1.5 stars. HPWN its staff and tenants discriminate, and harass you. Ive had issues here since day one. They have a rather bad reputation in the region as i run into former workers, tenants and even current tenants that have nothing good to say about HPWN. Its sad they lost a majority of their Section 8 landlords due to the actions and reputation of HPWN and some of its tenants and are still begging to have those landlords come back.
