I don't even know where to begin with this shop. The level of customer service is unmatched to anything I have experienced in my lifetime. Scott is by far the most honest and true mechanic I have met. I had an oil drain plug that was leaking I was expecting to have to replace or spend a bunch of money to fix. Scott took one look came up with a plan to save all the OEM parts and saved me hundreds in repairs. And then the big one.
