Scott is very fair and I trust him and his crew. But I think it would be better to not have to always have my alignment done each time bring my van there. The first time I understood because I was getting a strut fixed. The second time was only maybe 6 months later for an unrelated issue and to my surprise my alignment was done again. Because it was only a few months later, it was a discounted price which I think is decent but I just feel like it's a quick and easy cash grab.
