Went into Scott's Automotive and was greeted immediately by a warm smile. Dropped off my van not knowing exactly why it was shaking and knocking. Received telephone call from Richard with a very detailed explanation of the problem. He did state the things that had to be repaired immediately to fix the issue he did also suggest things that needed some attention but was not necessary but to keep an eye on for future issues that could arise. Went in for a brake job, knowing that i was probably needing pads and rotors. Also on the way in my AC starting fritzing out Was told if i had the car dropped of by 1045-11am they could have me in and out in 2-3 hours. 1:30 pm cokes around no word from Scotts, so i call and ask whats going on. To which the receptionist replies "they arent done yet, they'll call when they have it ready." Keep in mind this is just to tell me what needs to be done. 5 minutes go by and i get a call saying that the "free diagnostics" hour has bee... read more

I am never coming back here again. They use to be great. They would suggest things that were ACTUALLY needed on your car and listen to the customer on what they needed or wanted done on their car. Not anymore. I came there months back and got poor service (mostly on the customer care side and discussed this with them previously) so it has been a while since last I was there.
