Not professional or timely.
RecommendedI had a VERY small repair to my bumper and asked for recommendations for a repair shop. Scott's came highly recommended.....and rightly so! They went beyond all my expectations with help in getting my car to them, in the speed with which they ordered the part, completed the repair AND at a price well below the dealership estimate. I could not be more pleased and the staff are just great. Thank you all at Scott's.
It took 3 months to repair my car. When they put the motor in, only then did they realize it was cracked!! Long story short they did over $22,000 repairs on a $20,000 car! They should have totaled it from the beginning! Would have not put us out 3 months with a rental car either!!
Scott's Auto Body is an A+ Shop. Love the people, the friendliness, the professionalism, and the quality of work. They are so trustworthy, genuine, and they treat you like family! We love their helpfulness, and walk away smiling with gratitude, and appreciation because they are GOOD PEOPLE!

I can’t recommend Scott’s highly enough- I was having the worst day after a minor paint swap in my new car. Scott saw me right away and fixed it good as new. Everyone is so pleasant and willing to help! God forbid I need anything more major, but I’d definitely go back to them!
They recently fixed my 2012 Dodge Avenger. Had moderate damage to the passenger rear door, corner panel, and undercarriage. I picked up my car 5 days later and it looked like I had just purchased it. I was absolutely amazed and impressed by the quality of work. Everybody there was very helpful and friendly. They detailed AND cleaned my entire car, inside and out!
