Scott Ross is a scam artist. My car was there supposedly getting fixed. I wasn't in a rush because I had already purchased a new vehicle but had planned to gift the car i took to be repaired to my niece for graduation. I let them give me the run around about not being able to find parts and so on for a whole year.
