This was, by far, the best place I have ever spent time at there in Pembroke, NC. The landlord cares about his property and he cares about his tenants. You can't find that anywhere else. I wish I could give the Scott's 100 stars.
GREAT PLACE 2 LIVE
Clean apartment complex which is located close to shopping centers and a ball park. It is also well lit.
