The absolute worst. It took me 4 phone calls to rollover an account and then they charged me $75. Horrible customer service, and there's other brokers out there that are cheaper and don't charge ridiculous fees.
Even though I usually interact with Scottrade online, a few times a year it's helpful to speak with someone in person. I'm glad Scottrade has such a convenient location.
Friendly staff that will really work to make sure you're taken care of.
