We come down in January with our motor home and have stayed til the end is March. Each family has their own lot. Lots are equipped with water, sewer, electric and cable. Some lots have trees. Also park models. Close to shopping and only about 20 minutes from beaches

If I could give them a negative score I certainly would. I had a two month reservation that I made 8 months prior to my arrival. After my first month I was told that due to a error the site was double booked and I would have to leave early. Three weeks early. If you want stress and anxiety this is the place for you. The manager Melissa has absolutely no people skills whatsoever and really needs a reality check. I contacted the owner of the park and he was very helpful and understanding. Truly a great RV Park & one of a few parks that will allow traveling RV’ers to use the dumping stations for a small fee. They are very accommodating and cheerful. Thank you to the staff 😁🙏

Nice place for a night/stop near the highway. Nice walking trail around a lake.
