Working with the team at Scot Pacific has been a great experience. Over two years into our partnership and I am still amazed and grateful for the personalised service and help they give me and my business regularly. As the big banks become less personalised and having an account manager or personal contact point for business less obtainable I've truly enjoyed the level or service and how easy it is to contact and speak with the team at Scot Pac Finance.
Had a previous loan with them that was paid out. Applied for a loan for the same amount and the officer William must have thought I was applying for a Million Dollar Loan. If they tell you they are easier than a Bank is BS. William also asked for Bank Details from another of our Companies that wasn't the Borrower. William ended up refusing the loan but the irony is NAB approved us for an overdraft. What a waste of time with them. Had other offers from Lumi but thought Had used them before so stay loyal. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I got a high interest vehicle loan with Scott Pac and they illegally placed a Caveat on 2 properties that I owned. When I paid out the loan they dragged their heals and refused to release the caveats even after I emailed and called them numerous times (still not solved at time of writing this). This kind of practice should be illegal, the security was the vehicles! When I asked to be put through to a manager they refused.
