The team at Scotpac is the best I've seen in Australia in all these years. Daxa Patel specifically was instrumental in ensuring that I had no issues with setting up the facility once we signed up and ensured that I had answers when I needed them. She was proactive in assessing our demands and provided the best possible solution at the time. I haven't met anyone as customer focused as Daxa before. Terrible customer service! No support or negotiation when issues come up. Especially in business anything could happen. I would be careful of their contracts especially if you own premises or have property. Horrible experience
