Jim saved us big time! Rear wheels locked up on our class A Motorhome and we were stuck at Richmond Hill KOA. Jim came out, diagnosed, ordered parts and got us back on the road. He was underneath the bus with little clearance in 100 degrees weather, and no complaints. Got the job done and still had a smile. Thank you Jim and God bless you.
Broke leaf spring on 95 south . After 2 1/2 days sitting waiting for help he came saw other issues dicussed with us found parts and got us off higgway and fixed 2nd leafspring showed us a defect in trailer tire and told us where to go for new tire. . We prayed to god for help and our angel showed up. Nice concerned hard efficiant worker. Definatelly a 5 star service
