I recently ordered what I thought would be a new copy of More Power to Your Elbow. I received a shopworn copy that had been shrink-wrapped by hand, dirt and all. It was pre-owned (someone had circled a note in a musical example, fortunately in pencil) and one of the pages was obscured by a crooked overprint as if it had been badly photocopied.
