Probably the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. The manager hides in his office and won’t return phone calls, the sales personnel lie to your face. Before you purchase from them take a walk around the rear of their building and look at their operation. It’s a nightmare of disabled car’s and junk. They simply purchase junk from auction, give it a bath and sell it as luxury. They stand behind nothing they sell, deceitful and cowards. Buyer beware
I want to share my opinion about Scotti's Auto Sales because I've never received such good service. Their customer service is exceptional, excellent in every way. I 100% recommend Scotti's Auto Sales. I am completely satisfied with everything! Salesperson Harold provided excellent service, and Steve did a magnificent job handling the financing approval and explaining everything clearly. Wonderful people, very dedicated to what they do. I highly recommend them. 10 stars!
