I've been doing business with this shop for 5 years and they have always found the time to help with service and give me an honest appraisal of the issue. They are straight forward and definitely a cool "old school" bike shop!
I'm from Vancouver, Canada. Rode down to Seattle to visit family and had my chain pop off in Edmonds. Scottie's was able to fit me in for an emergency chain replacement to let me get back home to work in the morning. I ride an old JDM Honda and have had issues with shops accepting my bike. After my rear tire unexpectedly wore out in the middle of a long trip, Scottie was able to install a new tire on my bike and get me back on the road with little notice, when most dealerships in the area were scheduling work for several weeks out. Thank you Scottie! Also when you're there, don't forget to check out Two Kick Coffee right next door - very cool moto themed coffee shop, great spot to hang out while your bike is getting worked on.
Scottie worked on two of bikes and fixed things that I couldn’t. Did a great job. Great guy and great skills.
